Mixed Berry Salad w/ Dates, Mint, & Agave Lime Glaze

This elevated berry salad will satisfy anyone with a sweet tooth and has flavors reminiscent of a classic cocktail. Packed with anti-oxidants and fiber, it also runs relatively low on the glycemic index. Finely chopped dates soak up any excess glaze and add richness. Julienned mint keep the flavor fresh whether the salad is served immediately or after refrigeration.
