Ingredients:
1 large bunch of greens (kale, spinach or collard greens)
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tbsp. olive oil or butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. Red wine vinegar
Squeeze of lemon juice
Instructions:
Rinse the greens in cold water and dry them with a towel.
Cut the greens into bite-sized pieces and discard any tough stems.
Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet and add minced garlic to it.
Cook garlic until fragrant, for about 1-2 minutes.
Add greens to the skillet in batches, stirring until each batch is slightly wilted.
Season the greens with salt and black pepper.
Once all the greens are wilted, drizzle with red wine vinegar and squeeze of lemon juice.
Give the greens a final toss to evenly distribute vinegar, and serve hot.
Enjoy your fresh and healthy wilted greens!
